NICHEZONE keeps the name, contact details, stay dates, and payment status needed to hold a room and issue an invoice. Card numbers are not stored. Paystack processes card charges when that option is used.

Staff see guest records according to their role. A guest account shows only that guest’s own stays. Password reset links expire after one hour.
