Terms

A reservation is confirmed when the hotel records it as confirmed. Choosing Paystack does not confirm the stay until the bank notification is verified. Paying at the property holds the room and leaves the balance due.

Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 12:00 in Accra. Cancellations inside the free window shown at booking follow the hotel setting; later cancellations can keep the configured fee. The desk can refuse check-in while a balance remains.

Sample reviews, offers, facilities, and the sample transfer account are not a promise of a third-party award or a live bank account.
